The Carolina Center for Public Service is delighted to announce UNC-Chapel Hill’s second cohort of SECU Public Fellows Interns. Through this program, 20 undergraduate students are working full-time throughout the summer in partnership with community organizations serving communities in rural North Carolina.

In addition to being paid for their efforts, students are enrolled in a summer course through the Gillings School of Global Public Health focused on effective community engagement.

CCPS is grateful to the SECU Foundation for funding this program and to Rural Forward NC for facilitating the partnerships with each host organization.
